This project is located in KSA on the coast near Jeddah.
The project involves the construction of a 600 m high tower on which the functional levels are distributed. These consist of identical prefabricated modules that are progressively assembled on-site. The tower contains luxury apartments, restaurants, and an executive area in the lower part. The surrounding site allows direct access to the tower from the sea via artificial waterways.
